The Embraer Emb-145XR is an extra‑long‑range version of the Embraer ERJ 145 regional jet. It was developed to give operators a larger capacity and longer range while keeping the same pilot rating as the 135 and 140 models. The XR adds aerodynamic refinements, a ventral fuel tank and higher cruise speed, allowing it to serve longer feeder routes and VIP transport duties.
