The Cessna 207 is a seven‑seat (later eight‑seat) general‑aviation aircraft that evolved from the Cessna 206. It was stretched by 45 inches to provide more cabin space and introduced in 1969. The 207 was marketed as the Skywagon, later renamed the Stationair 7 and then the Stationair 8. Its rugged construction, fixed landing gear and powerful Continental engine made it popular for bush and short‑haul operations.
