The Cessna 120, 140, and 140A were a family of single‑engine, two‑seat, tailwheel light aircraft produced by Cessna from 1946 to 1951. Designed for general‑aviation training and personal use, the type combined a metal fuselage with fabric or aluminum‑covered wings and offered a range of Continental and Lycoming engines. Together the three variants sold 7,664 units before the tricycle‑gear Cessna 150 replaced them in 1959.
