The Cessna 408 SkyCourier is a twin‑turboprop, high‑wing utility aircraft built by Textron Aviation’s Cessna division. Launched on 28 November 2017 with a 50‑aircraft order from FedEx Express, it was designed for the FedEx Feeder service. The aircraft first flew on 17 May 2020, received type certification on 11 March 2022, and the first production model was delivered on 9 May 2022. It is available as a 19‑passenger airliner, a cargo version that can carry three LD3 containers, or a combi with nine seats and rear cargo space. The aluminium airframe is powered by Pratt & Whitney PT6A engines and features fixed landing gear.
