Piper Aircraft J3c-90
Manufacturer: Piper Aircraft
The Piper J‑3 Cub is a lightweight, high‑wing monoplane built by Piper Aircraft from 1938 to 1947. Its simple, fabric‑covered steel‑frame design gives excellent low‑speed handling and short‑field performance. Over 20,000 were built in the United States, making it Piper’s second‑most‑produced model after the PA‑28 Cherokee. The Cub’s chrome‑yellow paint earned the nickname “Cub Yellow.”
