The Beechcraft Model 18, nicknamed the Twin Beech, is a 6‑ to 11‑seat, twin‑radial‑engine, low‑wing aircraft with a tailwheel undercarriage. First flown in 1937, it remained in production until 1969, when more than 9,000 units were built. The design was used worldwide as a civilian executive, cargo, and passenger aircraft, and also served in many military roles.
